Acceptable use
Priorread is for legitimate professional selling, marketing, a leadership meeting, an investor conversation, recruiting conversations you would have in public, and the operations around them. The depth is the point. So is the line under it.
Do
- Search people and companies in their professional capacity.
- Use device, stack, hiring, language, and market as account and audience signals.
- Brief a meeting you are actually in, using the participant list you can already see.
- Let an agent query the graph under a named key, with a ceiling.
- Check the source before you say a fact out loud. Honor a “thin” label.
Do not
- Harass, stalk, threaten, or embarrass a person, or help anyone else do that.
- Infer or seek health, religion, sexual orientation, union membership, political opinions, or precise private location.
- Treat “iOS-first” as permission to track a private individual’s phone, messages, or movements.
- Record a call with Priorread. We are not a recorder. If your company records, use the tool that already has consent.
- Resell, publish, or bulk-export the graph as a data product of your own.
- Use the graph to make decisions about credit, housing, insurance, or employment eligibility where the law restricts automated or data-broker inputs. Ordinary B2B selling and recruiting outreach are in bounds. Eligibility decisions are not.
- Attempt to break tenant separation, scrape past your key’s ceiling, or share a key as if it were a team login.
If you are unsure
Ask before you build the workflow. Write to legal@priorread.com. A refused query is working as designed. If you believe a record is wrong or should not be in the graph, write to privacy@priorread.com with the URL or the name and the reason.
